- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If you want them to take your money and offer you zero assistance when they provide you with a flawed and faulty product, then spend your money with Kresta! They provided me with faulty panel blinds that when hung twist to leave inch wide gaps between the panels and are copletely inefetual at blocking out any sunlight. That was February 2012 and it is now very nearly December 2012 and they are still giving me the run around with "Someone else is dealing with this issue" "We are still in the process of testing the fabric" blah blah blah. Nobody seems willing to rectify the issue, I have taken numerous days off work for several different people to come and inspect the panels, remove them, adjest them and even attempt to replace them. I contacted head office hoping for answers and recieved the response from M. in customer service that I cannot expect a refund a I need to give them sufficent time to find where the problem lies. Its now nearly 10 months ive given them so I dont know how much longer Im expected to wait. I advised them that I will now be taking the matter to the Dept of Commerce WA, to which they did not seem to care and so now Im worried more so that I have paid $5,000 for a product that does not work and will probably recieve nil complaint resoution assistance from them. Spend your money with this company at your own risk!By VERY ANNOYED, November 14, 2020
